All Stoov products are covered by the Stoov warranty. The Stoov warranty covers all manufacturing defects, including faulty or substandard workmanship, materials, and construction, during the 24-month warranty period intended for the product. Stoov will repair or replace any part that becomes defective within the warranty period. If you wish to make use of the Stoov warranty, please contact our customer service. The warranty period begins on the delivery date. To claim the warranty, a proof of purchase must be provided.

What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover malfunctions or defects resulting from improper handling, repairs, or repair attempts by anyone other than Stoov B.V., damage caused by external factors beyond our control, normal wear and tear, or battery performance.

Battery life
All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and will eventually need to be replaced and recycled. The lifespan of your battery depends on how you use your Stoov product and the settings you choose for it.
