How does the pre-order work?
You place a pre-order just like you would place any regular order with Stoov, select your pre-order product and head to the checkout to secure your new Stoov. Super simple! The only catch? You will have to wait for your product to be delivered but we all know good things come to those who wait!
We will always tell you an estimated delivery date on the product page, at the check out and in your confirmation email and will make sure to keep you up to date if your order is arriving earlier or later than expected.
How does Stoov heating work?
Stoov uses in house designed far infrared technology that warms you directly instead of heating the air around you. It’s efficient, safe, and gives you a cosy warmth that feels natural.
How long does the battery last?
Depending on the product, the battery type and heat setting, a Stoov keeps you warm for up to 14 hours on a single charge. Perfect for a full workday, a long evening on the couch or a night of camping.
Can I wash the cover?
Absolutely. All Stoov covers are removable and machine-washable. Just take out the heating element and battery, and wash the fabric according to the care label.
